Just for some foreshadowing ...
After that ordeal getting here (see earlier "Crisis and catharsis" post), we've been in Fiji for about a week now with our friends Robin and Bill.
This post is just to say, we're slowly getting into "Fiji time ....
... although the poor internet service did get us a little uptight and caused serious emotional trauma from which we had to take immediate action when we made the trek to the "big town" of Savu Savu.
We've since moved on to the neighbor "Garden Island" of Taveuni, but that will have to wait for another missive.
